This nine-building distribution center serves multiple major tenants including IBM, GlaxoSmithKline, Bell and Howell, and Federal Express. The project features a combination of precast and job cast tilt-up construction methods, providing versatile warehouse spaces to meet diverse tenant needs.

Buildings include clear heights of 20, 24, and 30 feet, accommodating a range of storage and distribution requirements. Beam was contracted under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement using the AIA A102 contract.
