Residence Inn

This project was an 11-story, 150-suite hotel located adjacent to the Carolina Panthers’ stadium. Constructed as a design-build effort under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, the building features a structural steel frame with hollow core plank flooring. The exterior is clad with stone and EIFS veneer, providing a modern and durable façade.

The HVAC system was designed as a 4-pipe system to efficiently support building operations. Built on a tight in-fill site, the project required precise coordination and planning to maximize space and meet all scheduling goals.
