This project involved the interior renovation of an existing building to create a new charter school located in the heart of Research Triangle Park, NC. The scope focused on transforming the space into a functional, student-ready environment while meeting all code and educational requirements.
Beam was awarded and contracted under a Cost Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement, delivering the project with close coordination between the design team, ownership, and school leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient buildout.
