Located on Renaissance Parkway, the project included the installation of a wood-fired grill, a custom-built bar, and expansive new windows, along with distinctive signage that enhances the restaurant’s street presence.

Awarded as a lump sum contract, the project reflects Beam’s continued commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality spaces for Chef Smith’s expanding culinary ventures.
