The fit-up project encompassed the construction of a small plates restaurant in the Rogers Building in Cary, NC. Zest Sushi captures casual elegance in a relaxed, yet chic setting through an approachable asian-fouced menu. The project included a commerical kitchen, bar, and dining room. The Rogers building, also built by Beam, is a 50,000 sf mixed use building. Beam fitup 48,000 sf of spaces currently occupied in the building.
