The Mid-Town office building and shopping center is a 27,365 square feet freestanding steel structure with a glass and brick veneer skin. The roof has a pre-finished standing seam metal panel. Current tenants that occupy the building are Design Response, Adcock Insurance Agency, Three Group and Pizzeria Faulisi. All tenant fit ups were completed along with the shell construction.
Beam Also completed many of the surrounding retail and restaurant destinations including, Geluna Gelato, Hanks Downtown Dive, SideBar, Di Fara Pizza Tavern, and Bond Brothers.
