Meadowmont Village Office Building “A"

Beam constructed this two-story steel and wood office building for Wachovia Securities, located in Meadowmont Village in Chapel Hill, NC. Contracted under a Cost Plus with GMP agreement using AIA A102, the project combines traditional materials with modern construction practices to deliver a professional and enduring workplace.

The building features a brick and precast exterior skin, a single-ply TPO roof system for energy efficiency, and a split system HVAC for individualized climate control. A complete sprinkler system was installed for life safety, reflecting Beam’s attention to detail and commitment to building performance. The result is a functional, attractive space tailored to meet the needs of a premier financial services tenant.
