Alliance One

Beam completed the new construction of a five-story steel office building featuring a glass and brick veneer façade, along with a three-story precast parking deck providing 521 spaces. Both structures were built on an aggregate stone foundation system, ensuring stability and durability.

Designed with wider structural bays, the building offers increased flexibility for open space layouts. The project included the interior fit-up for the primary tenant, ABB, which was completed in tandem with the shell construction.

Contracted under a Cost Plus GMP agreement using AIA A102, the project also included full site improvements and landscaping, delivering a cohesive and functional commercial environment.
